John leads Grande Sage Advisory with a bold strategic vision for transforming organisations through purposeful consultancy across Africa. A Mortgage Finance specialist with over 18 years of experience in banking, he has a rare track record of turning struggling businesses into market leaders. He oversees all operations, strategic partnerships, and institutional engagements, and serves as a Board member across multiple organisations in Uganda — bringing an extraordinary depth of institutional credibility, sector relationships, and financial intelligence to every engagement. His founding philosophy at Grande Sage is characteristically direct: we do not sell answers — we build the understanding that makes the right answers obvious.

With deep roots in global talent acquisition from her tenure at Andela — one of Africa’s most celebrated tech talent networks — and a Makerere University Business School education, she brings a rare blend of strategic leadership and on-the-ground execution across Pan-African and international markets. Her extensive professional network makes her a trusted voice in workforce strategy and cross-border business partnerships, and her ability to identify, develop and place high-calibre talent is central to Grande Sage’s people practice.
